It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had to call for a tow service. I am certainly happy that I chose this company!
Great initial contact with the main office. Told them where I was, what the issue was and they gave me an approx. wait time and cost. Said the tow operator would be in touch to confirm everything and keep me updated.
Jermaine was the tow operator and he was fantastic! He called straight away and gave me an update on time, gave me directions on what to do if I needed to leave before he got to me. He called again closer to the original approx arrival time and gave me another update on arrival as there was a bit of a delay.
Jermaine tried to start the car and had the same result I did. So he started to load it on his truck. Payment was quick and easy (took care of it onsite), receipt straight away and he not only dropped the car at the dealer, he did all the Night drop paperwork so we could head home.
Upon delivery to the dealer he sent me pics of the paperwork, w/the keys and a pic of my car on the lot.
From first call to destination delivery, I received excellent customer service and will certainly refer them to others who might need a tow.
Thanks to Jermaine, a pretty frustrating situation with my car was made a little more bearable with their customer service and support!

GREAT SERVICE 🇲🇦 HE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO HELP ME AND MY FAMILY OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. MAJORITY TOWING COMPANY DON'T KEEP THEIR TRUCKS NICE AND CLEAN FOR CUSTOMERS TO RIDE IN AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF THE CUSTOMER VEHICLE. I HAVE TO MENTION AGAIN, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE ARRIVED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED WITH ALL THE SAFETY AND FLASHING LIGHTS ON THE TRUCK. The service was amazing! The driver was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the area we were in. The truck arrived to us very quickly as well which was so helpful since we were stuck on the side of the highway which was extremely nerve-wracking. Thank you so much for the excellent service! Thank you for everything! My car was towed from Brentwood to the dealership in Kirkwood. I will be keeping the J.A.M Towing card in my glove compartment for future emergencies!
